Ester’s Orbit Cultural Revival Project is EB PREC’s pilot mixed-use project. What started as a vision during from a 2019 Black Economics Salon EBPREC hosted, became an entirely new model that will forever change what community development and financing looks like. Esther’s Orbit Room is currently under construction and scheduled to reopen to the public in Spring 2027.
